Where nature sounds louder than the city
Located at the center of the Ghent–Antwerp–Brussels triangle, yet nestled amid the greenery along the Scheldt embankment.
Our garden blends seamlessly into an exceptional part of Flanders—a protected, vibrant, and surprisingly quiet place.
We’re located at the intersection of three unique areas. Together, they make a stay here much more than just a place to spend the night: a place to hike, bike, go birdwatching, and above all—to unwind.

Quiet Zone
An officially recognized area where natural sounds are almost always louder than man-made noise. Hear the wind, the birds, and the water.

Scheldt Valley National Park
One of Flanders’ newest national parks: tidal flats, mudflats, and salt marshes, with an extensive network of hiking and biking trails right on your doorstep.

UNESCO Scheldt Delta Geopark
A cross-border geopark that recognizes and preserves the unique landscape of the Scheldt Delta—shaped by centuries of water, tides, and human activity.
Keep your eyes open in the garden
If you watch patiently from the balcony or along the pond, you’ll often see more than you expect. With a little luck, you might even spot a beaver or a polecat.

In a quiet location, yet close by
You’ll find us in Weert, a borough of Bornem, right on the Scheldt embankment. The major cities are each about a good half hour away, but once you’re here, they seem miles away.
Whether on foot, by bike, or by car, the last stretch always takes you along the water.
