That both in terms of its own emissions and compensation for residual emissions.<\/p>\n\n<p>Target: To be climate neutral by the end of 2026.<\/p>\n\n<p>Status 09-2025:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CO2 emissions from energy consumption: subsidies from Tourism Flanders were applied for to install a heat pump. Once that is done, we are 100% CO2 neutral in terms of energy consumption (Scope 1 and 2). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scope 3 emissions there will always be, although we try to reduce that by making as many ecological choices as possible. See e.g. <a href=\"https:\/\/scrabble-it.com\/en\/sustainability\/healthy-ecological-and-fair-food\/\" title=\"Healthy, ecological and fair food\">here<\/a>. The footprint of our IT systems is also under further review.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are looking at whether that can also be compensated, further info to follow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:56px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Offer concrete help to reduce our guests&#8217; carbon emissions<\/h4>\n\n<p>Again, we can work with compensation but also with concrete tips and tricks. We don&#8217;t have statistical data on that yet. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a lot of guests come by bike, on their way on one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icoonfietsroutes.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">iconsiche bike tours<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we note that more and more people are coming with electric cars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>we collaborated on a thorough documentation of all transportation options in the region.  <a href=\"https:\/\/scrabble-it.com\/en\/sustainability\/mobility\/smart-underway-in-and-to-small-brabant\/\" title=\"Smart Underway in and to Small Brabant\">See here<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:56px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3) Feedback loops<\/h4>\n\n<p>How can guests give us more, better and honest feedback on our sustainability work.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Currently, we sometimes ask clients, but not systematically or in a structured way.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Maybe help build the Fairbnb.coop feedback system. Or we do it in a simpler way.
