Whenever possible, we choose local and seasonal products: bread from the bakery around the corner, locally grown fruits and vegetables. Short supply chains, full flavor. <\/p>

Organic and Fair Trade<\/h2>

Coffee, tea, and chocolate are Fair Trade; much of what you taste is organic. That way, you know that the people at the beginning of the supply chain also received their fair share. <\/p>

More plant-based<\/h2>

We\u2019re happy to serve you a delicious plant-based breakfast, with plant-based milk if you\u2019d like. We\u2019re not dogmatic about it\u2014it\u2019s just often tasty and better for the planet. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
